First of all, not all Chase loans are FNMA, and there have been no broker guideline changes for broker commissions, they are still @6%.

 

You might want to check into the Company that has reached out to you as they are already misreprenseting facts, not good to be involved with a company that misrepsents right out the gate, run!

Tamilyn and Jose are both correct.  You should run from this bonehead as he clearly has no idea what he is talking about.  Not all Chase loans are owned by Fannie and, if it is owned by Fannie, the Servicer is prohibited from cutting the commission as long as it is not above 6%

Great Thanks... I wanted to be 100% sure. I think that they stated this because they wanted to direct a portion of the commission to their realty company.
