I wouldn't suggest going right to the CEO.

I have Pamela Bethea who is VP of loss Mit., John Reiger and Doug Whittemore as well.

Careful posting this kind of stuff in a public forum! It is best to instant message/email to each other. People change their email addresses often if they are getting too much unsolicited email. In addition, ALL of the high ups have their secretary filter their emails first.

Do you have a email or direct phone number for any of the vp's in loss mitigation?

This poor deal has lost 5 buyers because Chase sits on files. Or doesn't assign a negotiator to them. We got a sale postponed with a good legitimate offer. Now 3 weeks after I sent the last correction to the hud they asked for. I call several times I find out we don't even have negotiator assigned.

Each time I call, I get a different person. with no new information or continuity. Next week we are coming up on another sale date. Still can't get any answers.

Just now I was given the number of the short sale escalation dept. This needs more then escalation. It needs someone to actually move it forward.

Any help is appreciated.
