While there is a lot of information on this site about short sales, what online lead generation tips do you have? What do you do to turn an online lead into a closing?


The biggest thing for me is I set up an autosearch in my local MLS that I set up to email them every Tuesday and Saturday with new matching properties. I found that if I set it to everyday , they opted out quickly.


In addition, I immediately call them and continue to call them every Sunday until they discuss their real estate goals with me to tell me to leave them alone:) They pick up more often on Sunday afternoons.
