Record Approval with Bank of America

I had to share this with you all, I broke my previous record with Bank of America last week with a short sale approval. Short sale was approved within 3 days of document submittal. Non-HAFA FNMA loan. My previous record was 3 weeks from submittal. Cannot explain it, just took the approval and ran.

Streamline file, current appraisal, all docs uploaded and found to be correct should be a breeze ;>p
