'dignified' transition solutions - or something close to it.  and that's the company's name, not a concept or strategic goal.  I'd bad mouth them as I like to do with all BAC's vendors except someone at BAC said some of the people there are from BAC.  So when you encounter one who is as dumb as a rock,

breath.  then think of the working title for my new film 'zen and the art of the short sale'.  no matter how dumb the person you speak to, just smile and say thank you.  and when you have to escalate, always begin with, 'I'm so sorry to have to bother you but..'

and if the movie is a success - then I may have to write the book.

btw Kim, say high to Ty.  I love his tv show. :)
