BOA negotiator said Radion will ask for Promissory Note. Sellers did the Coop SS to prevent this. I have contacted the VP of BOA. Radion will not speak with me or the seller. Is this a deal breaker? Any Recourse? I was told Radion does not negotiate.

Just an update.... Radion did not ask for a promissory note. I got approval after 30 days.

It is OK to contact an agent and give the the contact directly, but posting it here in public can make it HARDER for the rest of us to reach somebody.
