I'm thinking NO. But I wanted to check and make the suggestion. Of course keep the leads flowing in real time! In my case, unless I have a pressing issue-I try to save blogging til after hours.Continue

WE DECIDED TO FOCUS ON LISTINGS. WE SIGNED UP AND GOT OUR FIRST ONE. IT IS A GOOD ONE. THE SELLERS ARE COOPERATIVE AND GOOD WITH THE PAPERWORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE SERVICE.

Just to clarify what Angel wrote, our company does NOT ever "lock down" areas in ANY way. We allow only as many agents as we have need for in each area. Some areas we have 6-10 active agents in, many areas we only allow two. Agents arallowed to cover as many or as few areas that they like at this time, period. We open up areas for new members as our volume increases in those areas OR we have poorly performing agents we no longer assign to. We have some agents who cover MANY areas and states, like Dan
and Tracy Rachon who cover FOUR different STATES. If your main coverage area is filled up, it is best to join Official Membership, as you can till utilize the many resources we provide, and you are on the waiting list and will be invited first when we open up an area for new preferred partner members.

My question is the same as Julie R. Baldino's - do you have to be a Preferred member to receive referrals? I also have 4 counties in my market area and want to know if I need to pay for all 4? If my counties are not currently available, what is the next step? Thank you.

Hi Angel! I see that there are three counties open in my market area, and was wondering if the preferred membership only covers one? Or do you have to pay for all three if you would like to get referrals in all three? They are all in the same metropolitan area. Thanks!
