Need BPO Form for AHMSI
Hi!
Does anyone have a BPO form for AHMSI? The appraisal that was ordered came in high and the buyer cannot come up on their offer.
The LM states that I can submit a BPO with the offer for additional review.

you can go right to their site online and get the forms, Im doing a shortsale with them now also

Just make sure that you put together a full, thorough, comprehensive BPO. Also, AHMSI has stated they will NOT take distressed properties (foreclosures/short sales/etc) into consideration of their valuations.
I lost 2 files to AHMSI because they refused to come down in their insanely high valuation because they would not count the distressed properties (and who is going to pay $60k for a condo when there are other condos of same, exact sizes, etc selling for $30k - $40k on short sales/foreclosures?).
Just be aware but do the dispute anyways...you may get lucky!
