Hi!  I just had a counter offer from AHMSI saying they require the buyer to pay a 1% administration fee and their commission is just 3% total since the deal is double sided.

Anyone run in to this with them?  Is it worth it to push back?

Thanks!

Yes.  Whenever you get an AHMSI transaction, be prepared for them to take 1% (up to $5,000) as a fee.  This can come from any source-we usually negotiate up front for the buyer to pay it since we know we will ALWAYS see this fee with AHMSI.
