We've been successful locating people on Facebook. Sometimes they are a friend of a friend and it helps develop a warm connection.

Currently I am using Spokeo, Facebook or Linkedin.

It will be interesting to see what happens when all of the cell phone numbers are released publicly.  I understand this will be soon.

Spokeo, white pages are both options to finding phone numbers.  Most people do not have hard wired phones these days.  Cell phone numbers are tougher to find.

I have been using whitepages.com or zabasearch.com

I will start using FB & Linkedin thanks to your great suggestions
