Bryant Tutas is the only one that I'm aware of thus far.  I'm sure someone else from that area will jump on board sooner or later.  This group here will be the main meet up and discussion group as it gets closer - http://www.theshortsaleguide.com/group/short-sale-symposium-at-sea-....  Stick around that group to coordinate meet ups and stuff.

We're also excited to be announcing FIVE asset management companies participating tomorrow!

I love Short Sale Specialist Network...I have 4 more closings by the end of March also! Wow, my short sale listings are going fast...Can't wait to list and close as many as you can give me! I'm even going through all the previous assignments that told me that they were unsure, doing loan mods, etc. Just had one form a few months ago sign the listing agreement today! Always looking for more...

My number 10 closing is now going to take a little longer to close.  2 loans with Wells Fargo.  1st give full deficiency waiver, 2nd agrees to short, but won't budge on full amount being due.  Crazy seller wanted the buyer to give them $5000, so now my cash buyer walked and we are back to active...Aaaargh!

You & Holly are just so close to being on the Short Sale Specialist Wall of Fame. I actually saw the count again today...  So close!  But, nonetheless, well done and thank you for being an expert short sale specialist Realtor! :-)
