Hi All,

 

I'm at the very end of a doosie of a file and I've hit a brick wall with the heartless negotiator at Key Bank.  They refuse to waive the deficiency against the homeowner and Freddie Mac (investor on the 1st) won't let us close.  We have gotten money from the brokers and the seller to raise the payoff to them and they are still refusing, even though we are like 40% of the balance.  Does anyone out there have a contact that has helped them in the past?  Your help is appreciated!!

     Keybank can be a difficult lender to deal with. Have your contacted their executive office?

I am currently working with them and trying to get them to waive the deficiency on a home improvement loan.  We are in Arizona (anti-deficiency state) and any other bank would do that so they can at least get some of their loan paid rather than getting nothing in a foreclosure sale.  I have contacted their help desk through Twitter (yesterday) and sent documents per their request.  I am waiting to see how they respond.
