Recently I received a conditional approval from a M.I. for my seller to pay $10,000 cash. My seller doesn't have cash so we are trying to counter that he hold a note for them. They will not reply for several weeks. Is this a dead end street? The mortgage is through Saxon who said they approved the sale but the M.I. did not. My seller is clearly not able to afford $10,000 and the M.I. company said they will only talk to the seller yet the seller is not getting any return call. He's called several times. Anyone with any advice on this?
