Just received my 4th referral from SSN. One is in escrow, one is going on the market, one apparently changed mind about short sale and am meeting with a new referral soon to discuss and possibly take listing.
The leads are valid. SSN qualifies their leads ahead of time to see if they are candidates for short sales.
This is the type of lead referral service I would expect.........

I've been a member for less than a year. Shortly after joining I upgraded to Preferred Member and then when available, I also signed on for BuyerLink. While it's too early to tell how BuyerLink will work out for me; I can say without hesitation that I have received quality leads from SSN. Naturally, not all wind up as listings & sales but there has never been one moment of regret for joining Short Sale Network. (short version: SSN is worth it!)
