I contacted them. When I called them they had 8 real estate agents in Phoenix. I had them give me a referral. I called the agent and she never called me back. Maybe they will give you someone in your area. If you find something out let us know!
One of my sellers received this notice from them. It looks like it's being sent at the behest of the lender but the small print at the bottom says there's no relationship with the government or any lender. Since the hair went up the back of my neck, I told my seller to ignore it.
I signed up with them about 3 months ago. They called me once with a referral but it was over 100 miles from me.I called them later and asked why I haven't received any referrals and they stated that they are waiting for the trial period to expire with the loan mods in the HAMP program. In my opinion,at this point it's a waste of money. You need to be a preferred partner with the Short Sale Specialist Network. It is worth the money.
The only thing I could find was they were founded in 2005. It's funny, their site says if you want to know more about becoming a Premier agent Sign up and pay the fee. Well, that's my take on it. It isn't worded quite that way.
