I need some help with  a troubling situation with HSBC....to me they are the worst bank to work with. I have short sale listing that I have received several offers on. Everytime I have submitted an offer, the negotiator got the file and then stated that they wont be able to submit the file to the investor(fannie Mae ) for approval since there was a sale date scheduled. This has happenned twice, only to find out that the foreclosure attorney did not foreclose on the property. By the time my seller finds out , the buyers have moved on. When I called the negotiator to express my dismay and disgust at the system , all I got was a nonchalant attitude. I now have a a new buyer and would like to escalate this one , does anybody on the network have a contact at HSBC that I can escalate this file to??? Thanks in advance
