Phillip has been sent approx 15 listing assignments (which I will gladly post if anyone likes), and only closed ONE.  You "LOST" Phillip regardless of this cruise and long before this promotion.  Get over it.  Allison and Phillip, the reality is, 75% of our agents who have CLOSED at least FIVE or more deals with us are NOT attending this cruise.  MOST of our better agents are not on our cruise (however we do have several on the trip who have closed 20+ with us!!). 

We have many areas around the country where some agents have been waiting upwards of a year or two just to get membership with us.  We made this program as a way to possibly allow a few in some areas.  Membership has become much more exclusive and scarce over the last year, but the truth is that we can usually fit ONE more agent in most areas of the country.  We are constantly weeding out poorly performing agents and making room for ones who know how to get deals closed. 

Our existing agents who ARE performing have NOTHING to worry about, regardless if they are on this cruise or NOT.

WE chose to discontinue our relationship with you Phillip due to your dishonesty.  Your continued dishonesty on THIS forum just proves we made the right decision with you.

The main reason you were cut off listing assignments is because you claimed that you didn't receive certain referrals from us, when you DID.  When you were confronted that we have SIGNED REFERRAL AGREEMENTS from you for these assignments, you basically accused April Miklas, our operations coordinator, of lying. You were the one who was proved dishonest, both before and now on this forum.  TWO of the assignments above are ones you claimed you didn't receive.

PS - DO NOT delete your comment above, I have saved a screen shot of it and will repost it to prove a point about you in the future.  You had your chance to cut this off, now the general public can see what needs to be seen.  You aren't good enough for us, get over it.

Phillip, do what you just told Andrew you would do, and I will gladly remove this.  The above commentary was a response to a dishonest comment made by Phillip Rubin a little while ago that I responded to proving more of his dishonesty.  He chose to delete it.

Pay us for your two closings you didn't even TELL US ABOUT, and I'll gladly remove this.

My specialty is Search Engine Optimization, I wonder how many spots I can get on the first page of google for the term "Phillip Rubin" if I tried...

Hi Sidney!  California is TOUGH to get into!!  Give our membership department a call at (877)737-4903.  As part of this promotion here, we are MAKING ROOM for new agents who are in closed off areas but choose to come on our cruise!!  There are however a couple areas where we are overbooked in California where this will not apply unfortunately.  Check with membership and give us a call on Monday, 8:30AM-9:00PM Eastern.  Have a great weekend!

Do you have any openings in Salt Lake City, Utah area?

I'm very interested. I have had a very successful track record with short sales. My clients that I have saved from forclosure have sent referrals from their friends in the same boat.

Quiet possibly.  Places like Utah are easier to get into than most of California.  I know off the top of my head that Brian Pitcher is a good agent of ours out there and he will be on the cruise as well.  Give us a call Tamra!
