I have a client who filed bankruptcy to stall a Trustee Sale Date on his property. His bankruptchy was just discharged last month. Does anyone know how the lender deals with that? Will they start the whole foreclosure process all over again with a new Notice of Default followed by a new Notice of Trustee Sale or can they send a Notice of Trustee Sale right away?
Any help would be appreciated!!
The lender will file a new NOD after the discharge.
