I have approval from the 1st BSI back in June. The bank accepted a city program for silent 2nd. The city cancelled meeting twice. We asked for the bank BSI to extend and they said they would for a fee $1000 to be absorbed by agents. They also reduced commission to 4%. The 2nd is Springleaf and they will not budge on the price. I need help becuse now the prorations are not in favor of the bank after June 30th and we need an A/C unit due to theft which they agreed to give us 1/2. They now want the extension fee and the original HUD figures back in June 30th we cannot do that because of the taxes and fees. Please someone help me.
Sorry to hear that and for the late response. Have you considered resubmitting an updated Est. HUD for review? I know it is not an ideal situation to do a deal change, but if you cant get BSI to waive the fee and are short due to prorations it may be only choice.
