With a new year started, lets reflect the different lenders in 2011, and how their short sale processes have improved (or NOT!).  Like we did in 2010, we are going to take a survey/poll of which lenders were your favorite last year, your least favorite, and Most Improved!

***Here are the rules!

You MUST have completed and CLOSED at least 10 short sales in 2011 to participate.  This is to insure that you have had recent experience with most of the major lenders out there!  Unless you have worked recently with ALL major lenders, you really don't know who is doing better and who is NOT!!

Vote for your TOP FIVE in each of three categories.

- Best / Favorite lenders to work short sales with in 2011

- Worse Lenders to work short sales with in 2011

- Most Improved lender to do short sales with in 2011

For EACH category, number your responses 1-5 (one being favorite or worse)

We will post the results at the end of the month!

There are none in my Best category. They are all pretty bad. Some are worse than others!

My experience is the bigger they are the worse they are. Smaller lenders seems to have less CYA issues and move thru the process better.

Thanks, CI
