Ok so the problem I am having and its funny that I have delt with Aurora on numerous occasions, for some odd reason, I submitted an offer 8 months ago, the very first offer.  It took them 60 days for review and after 60 days, they denied the offer because it was a low offer.  I thought that was to be expected, but now I am working on offer number 4 and the same buyer.  Why dont they counter or tell me what they are wanting the offer close too?  On the other hand I just closed a shortsale with Aurora, different loan account of course.  Everything on that one ran differently and smoother.  They countered and everything closed with the help of a very close contact of mine at Aurora.  So what is the deal?  I have tried escalations, homeowner even called and spoke to upper management and said if they could get an offer in at $70,000, then as soon as it were scanned in, that it would not take 60 days for a review and would start working on the approval letter to send out, but because it was not notated, there is no leg to stand on and you guessed it, they need 60 days to review.  They will also be doing another value for the 4th time.  HELP!!!!  What can I do?  Any advice would help.

They used to be one of the BEST a year ago, now they are literally one of the worse lenders to work short sales with.

I really need a high up contact there as well if ANYBODY has one.
Hi Jacob,

When you said you have done escalations, was it to the COO, Craig Wildrick? I have always had relatively fast responses when I escalate to his office. I can provide you with his direct contact information if you need it.
Well they wont let me escalate it now because they are allowed 60 days for review. But Hey if you have his contact info I think that would definatley help. It just doesnt make since how they can keep dragging their rumps if you will, and waiste more time if all they had to do from the beginning is counter. Anyways, thanks for you help.
I have a short sale I need to escalate. Trustee's sale is 7/8. Tried to get it postponed last week, no luck. Aurora did order an appraisal which was done 7/2. At this point would it help to get an attorney's office involved? Or could you provide me with names and phone numbers, email addresses of supervisors. I have multiple offers, and a new one which is higher. They are definitely going to make more money, then if they foreclose. Would appreciate any advice that you might give me.
Seller had signed a request and they said it will take up to 60 days to get the info only by mail and nother way. No email or fax. So back to quare one. Ive delt with Aurora on numerous of occasions and never have I had anything like this happen.
