Aurora Bank Short Sale.
I'm working with Aurora-HAFA short sale since April 6, 2011 I submit the complited packet to them. Appraisal was done 11/10/2011. Since them I had 55 logs calls with my point of contact Francisco and every time they need one more info to be updated. Never ends. Any one knows how to I can escalete this file.

Unfortunately for you, Aurora is one of the WORST banks to deal with in a short sale. The negotiators are trained to be nasty. You can escalate to the CEO, John Skoba jskoba@alservices.com.
