It's been quite a long time since I've been on here, just very busy. My question is one I have tried to research for a while now. I'm looking at over 100 files in the pipeline and want to hire a Virtual Assistant to help with the processing.
I know of several companies that have VA's doing "Real Estate specific" jobs. The job list that many sites have do not give great responses on the VA's. They are always short and sweet like "Job done fast" "Knows how to handle a file" etc etc.
Anyone here have any input?
Email me your responses, please
I am an on site assistant but have functioned as a virtual assistant before. Currently, with all the cloud computing available including access to files via a service like Dropbox, it gets easier all the time. If you are in the need of additioal help or not quite ready to hire a full time on site assistant, a virtual assistant is definitely the answer. Get very clean and specific with yourself about exactly what you need. Do you need someone to arrage inspections, follow up with escrow and lenders? Are they handling REO accounts? All of these things matter. Once you have determined what you need then you can find a virtual assistant that can assist you. My only word of caution - I would use someone familiar with your state DRE laws and then be clear with what your broker file requirements are. Good Luck.
If you want some one to handle your social media, blogging and/or website management then I recommend Second Self (http://thinksecondself.com) Second Self is a preferred vendor for Prudential in New Jersey and other professional groups. The owner Pamela Cendejas will give you a free consult. By the way she works special projects and customized the work flow to fit your needs and budget. Hope this info helps. Good Luck
BTW, this is Patricia, Kemper's assistant
